The Minim Care Portal providers service providers with the ability to view the accounts that are online and offline. To access either list, click on the corresponding tab towards the top of the screen.
Clicking on the Online tab will direct the page to a list of all the subscriber accounts with Minim-enabled devices that are currently online and communicating with Minim.
The list will display the name of the account, when the device was last seen (now), the Minim Score, the main gateway's IP address, the number of devices that have connected to the gateway, and notes associated with the account such as Known Issues.
Service providers have the ability to navigate to the subscriber accounts by clicking on the Name of the account. The page will redirect the subscriber's account.
Clicking on the Offline tab will direct the page to a list of all the subscriber accounts with Minim-enabled devices that are not currently communicating with Minim. The main gateway may be offline due to being unplugged from power, disconnected from the service provider's internet connection, or may be connected to the internet but not connecting to Minim.
If a service provider believes that the accounts on the list of Subscribers Offline should be "online", please contact our Customer Success team using the chat or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
