Available February 27, 2020, service providers (SPs) have the ability to remove a subscriber's access of running broadband connection speed testing on the Minim App (1.0 and 2.0). This action will be applicable for all subscribers, on all router platforms. 

Please find instructions for this setting below. 

Note: This setting applies to broadband service speed tests; individual connected device speed tests to the access point are unaffected and will remain in the app.  

Care Portal Settings

First, navigate to the Settings tab of the Care Portal.

On the Settings page, there is a toggle to the right of Broadband connection speed test in mobile app.  Click on toggle to change it from the Enabled position to the Disabled position.

The change will take affect on the subscriber side immediately.
